    1. What we offer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      ALTITUDE ZONE SL markets hypoxia generators for simulated altitude training (AZN VO\u2082max and its training packs), hypoxia tents for sleeping, pulse oximeters, ambient O\u2082 sensors and accessories, as well as the conditioning of hypoxia rooms for individuals, gyms and hotels.<\/p>\n\n

      1. Sports use, not medical<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Our equipment is not a healthcare product or a medical device. It is intended exclusively for sports training and well-being, and must not be used for medical, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. People with respiratory or cardiovascular diseases or other medical conditions must not use it without professional supervision. <\/p>\n\n

        1. Health and safety<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          The equipment must be used responsibly, under the supervision or with the knowledge of a duly trained professional, and always following the user manual. In particular: <\/p>\n\n

          • ALTITUDE ZONE SL is not liable for any damage, loss or consequences that may arise from improper use of the equipment, including (among others) incorrect selection of altitude or generator parameters. Adjusting settings without the supervision of a professional may pose significant risks to the user\u2019s health. By purchasing and using our equipment, the user assumes full responsibility for its use and declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and the user manual. Nothing above limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor does it affect the rights granted to the user under consumer regulations (including the statutory warranty for products). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Sleeping with the mask on is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to limit continuous use to a maximum of 10 minutes per block. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • In the hypoxia tent, always use the pulse oximeter (minimum alarm at 90% SpO\u2082 during sleep) and the ambient O\u2082 meter (minimum alarm at 14.5% O\u2082, equivalent to around 3,000 simulated metres). If two people are sleeping, both must wear a pulse oximeter, and it is recommended to ventilate the tent slightly to prevent CO\u2082 build-up. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Simulated altitude is added to the actual altitude of the place where you are (take this into account when setting up the equipment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Fire risk: do not use oils, greases or flammable products in contact with the equipment or its accessories, and do not smoke or light a fire near the machine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • If you feel unwell during use, or you detect any incident, fault or abnormal behaviour of the equipment, stop using it immediately and contact us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            1. Limitation of liability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              ALTITUDE ZONE SL is not responsible for damages, losses, or consequences that may arise from improper use of the equipment, including (among others) incorrect selection of altitude or generator parameters. Manipulation of settings without professional supervision may pose significant health risks to the user. By acquiring and using our equipment, the user assumes full responsibility for its handling and declares having read, understood, and accepted these terms and the user manual. Nothing in the foregoing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded nor affects the rights that consumer regulations grant to the user (including the legal warranty of the products). <\/p>\n\n

              1. European conformity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                Our equipment complies with applicable European legislation on safety and electromagnetic compatibility, including Directive 2014\/35\/EU (Low Voltage), Directive 2014\/30\/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and Regulation (EU) 2023\/988 on general product safety. ALTITUDE ZONE SL acts as the responsible economic operator in the European Union. The EU Declaration of Conformity is available to the competent authorities upon request. <\/p>\n\n

                  The ALTITUDE ZONE trademark, the content of this website, manuals, images, texts and related materials are the property of ALTITUDE ZONE SL or are used under the corresponding licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation. It is also not permitted to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that compromises its security or operation. <\/p>\n\n
