In-room controller
When the room reaches the preset altitude, the system automatically switches off the generator. This ensures the set levels are never exceeded.

Bedrooms, hotels and gyms at altitude, with no masks or tents.
Where others fall short, we go higher and faster.
A whole room at the altitude you set, with no masks or tents. It runs on its own, like a thermostat.

Try it yourself
Choose the altitude you want to sleep at and switch on the generator. You'll see how it produces air with less oxygen, how that air builds up and how it reaches the room until it hits your chosen altitude.
Use + and − to choose the altitude and press Configure & Start

Sped-up simulation. In a real room, the altitude is reached in roughly one to two hours.
Calculator
Enter your room's dimensions and the altitude you want: we'll tell you which generator you need, its approximate price and how long it takes to get there.
We've marked the recommended one. Tap another to see how long it would take.
Note: these are guideline figures, calculated under perfect insulation conditions and starting from sea level. Prices are approximate, excluding VAT and installation. In a real room (doors, windows, people inside) times may be longer. We confirm the exact sizing in the free assessment.

Who uses it

Two-time Olympic championMountain bike · Tokyo 2020 · Paris 2024
Tom Pidcock's team, two-time Olympic champion, trains with our systems. Like them, more and more professionals have their own altitude room to:
Safety · 3 in 1
Three redundant layers of control so you can sleep soundly at altitude.
01 · Controller
When the room reaches the preset altitude, the system automatically switches off the generator. This ensures the set levels are never exceeded.
02 · O₂ meter
If the oxygen concentration drops below the configured safety limit, the device sounds an alarm to alert the user.
03 · Pulse oximeter
During the night you can monitor your blood oxygen saturation. If it drops below the threshold, the pulse oximeter vibrates, and all the data is logged in the app.
Requirements
Requirements
Almost any bedroom will do. You just need to check two things before installation.
If the room is at 15% oxygen, the air it returns is also at 15%, so you can use it at the same time as the hypoxia system.
Because it brings in outside air, the room loses altitude while it's running. That's why it can't be used at the same time as the hypoxia system.

Fitting weatherstripping at the top, the central seam and the bottom…
Outside air gets in through the gaps and the room loses altitude.
With weatherstripping in the gaps, it's sealed. No need to replace the window.

Fitting weatherstripping under the door and around the frame…
Outside air gets in under the door and around the frame, and the room loses altitude.
With weatherstripping at the bottom and around the frame, it's sealed. No need to replace the door.
It's really simple: a bit of weatherstripping solves it. No need to replace doors or windows.
Requirements
The generator doesn't go in the bedroom. It goes in a separate room that only has to meet these conditions.
The generator can be in any other room in the building (a storage room, a garage, a plant room). The hypoxic air reaches the bedroom through a duct that can run through a false ceiling or the wall.
The generator exhausts air from the bottom and sides, so it needs at least 20 cm of clearance from walls and furniture and a well-ventilated room. No corrosive gases or strong magnetic fields nearby.
220 V, 50 Hz grounded line. Depending on the generator size:
| Generator | Power | Draw at 220 V | Minimum cable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Size M | 1,250 VA | ≈ 6 A | 1 mm² |
| Size L | 2,600 VA | ≈ 12 A | 2 mm² |
| Size XL | 4,000 VA | ≈ 18 A | 3 mm² |
The room must stay between 5 °C and 40 °C during operation. Avoid unprotected outdoor spaces or rooms that overheat in summer.
A dry or normal environment. Avoid basements with condensation or very humid rooms.
These are the same conditions an oxygen concentrator requires. The generator runs without losing performance up to 2,000 m of real altitude.
Professional turnkey installation
A clean process, tested in dozens of homes, hotels and sports centres. Your bedroom keeps its look intact, with zero noise.
We calculate your bedroom's volume in m³ and select the generator size (M, L or XL) to guarantee the right airflow and air renewal.
The compressor is installed in a garage, storage room or plant room (up to 50 m away). In the bedroom, you sleep in complete silence.
The hypoxic air duct runs through a false ceiling, the wall or an existing service shaft. No heavy building work and no dust in your home.
We mount the touch panel on the wall (the only visible part), calibrate the ambient O₂ sensor, test the alarms and show you how to use it with your pulse oximeter.
