≈ 45 min · 3 to 4 sessions per week

35 to 70 min · 2 days per week

≈ 8 h · every night, up to 3,000 m
A guideline, based on the standard protocol: 3 to 4 sessions at rest of about 45 minutes and 2 mask workouts per week. With the Victory Pack you add about 8 hours a night in the tent, which is where the longest stimulus builds up.

Yes. Both come with the AZN VO₂max: up to 100 L/min and 7,500 m simulated. The difference is what comes with it: the Victory Pack adds the sleeping tent, the ambient O₂ meter and 6 more metres of tubing.
Yes, the tent is sold separately from €475. But if you already know you'll want to sleep at altitude, the Victory Pack is better value: for €450 more it includes the tent in the size you choose, the O₂ meter and the extra tubing.
Up to a maximum of 3,000 m. We don't work with a fixed altitude but with a target saturation: we start at 93% and, if you feel good, we go down to 92% after two weeks. That's why the O₂ meter is key: you also consume oxygen inside the tent, and it's the only way to know the real metres you're simulating.
Yes. Sizes XS (140 cm), S (160 cm), M (185 cm) and XL (212 cm) are for double beds. Bear in mind that inside the tent you both sleep at the same altitude.
The higher altitudes are for intermittent hypoxia with a mask, in short sessions. Above 4,000 m simulated, only intermittent hypoxia is done, with approval from a qualified professional and always with strict saturation monitoring.
On day one we do a video call: we set up the equipment with you and find the altitude you respond well to. During the first month we review your sessions in the pulse oximeter app and recommend your altitude, free of charge.
