Shipping and returns

Prices for the portable packs include VAT. The website owner is Altitude Zone S.L. To arrange a shipment or a return, email info@altitude-zone.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Delivery times

Orders for the generator and accessories ship within 48 working hours, unless an item is out of stock or customised (for example, the tent size). They usually arrive in two packages.

  • Spain: under a week from dispatch.
  • Rest of Europe: ships within 48 hours, plus 4 to 7 working days in transit.
  • Outside Europe: around 4 weeks, depending on customs in the destination country.

These are approximate times. We send you tracking once the carrier collects the order. Any import duties or customs fees are paid by the recipient.

Altitude room

The AZN Room is not shipped as a pack: it is assessed, custom-built and installed. We agree the timeline during the free assessment and in the quote.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union online or at a distance, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under consumer law.

Let us know by email or WhatsApp within that period. You must return the equipment in resaleable condition, complete and with only the reasonable use needed to try it out. Return costs are yours unless the product is faulty or does not match what you ordered. We refund the price using the same payment method once we have received and inspected the items.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to an altitude room installation that has already been carried out, or to goods made to the customer's specifications (for example, a tent cut to a specific size) once production has started, as permitted by law.

Warranty

All equipment comes with a 2-year warranty. A defect covered by the warranty is not handled as a withdrawal: we repair or replace it as described on that page.
