2-year warranty

All the equipment we sell (AZN VO₂max generators, packs, tents and official accessories) comes with a 2-year warranty from delivery. This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee you are entitled to as a consumer in the EU. The seller is Altitude Zone S.L.

What it covers

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that prevent normal use of the equipment.
  • Repair or, if that's not feasible, replacement of the part or the equipment, at our discretion and with no charge for covered spare parts.

What it doesn't cover

  • Use other than as set out in the instructions, including any health-care or medical use.
  • Knocks, moisture, improper electrical connection, wear of consumables (filters, masks, tubes) or unauthorised modifications.
  • Room installations carried out incorrectly by a third party unrelated to Altitude Zone.

How to make a claim

Email info@altitude-zone.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, a short video. We'll tell you whether it needs inspecting at our premises, a spare part or a collection. Please don't send the equipment back until we confirm.

Shipping and returns

If you're not happy with the product and you're within the withdrawal period, the process is the one under shipping and returns, not the warranty.
