What equipment do I need?
It depends on your goal. If you want to recover and train with a mask, the IHHT Pack. If you also want to sleep at altitude, the Victory Pack with a tent. For bedrooms, gyms or hotels with no masks or tents, an altitude room. Not sure? Try Help me choose.
Do you assess rooms and spaces?
Yes, for free. With the room dimensions and the altitude you want, we recommend the right generator size and give you a quote. You can get a rough estimate with the calculator.
Will you help me use the equipment?
Always. We start with a video call to show you the setup and your first session, and we give you a protocol with the target saturation for each day.
What warranty does the equipment have?
Two years on all equipment.
Can it be used for medical purposes?
No. Altitude Zone is a sports company and its equipment is for training and wellness. It is not intended for medical use.
